Student Visa–

  1. Student Visa: Visit the website at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/and complete the application form under the category 'For Regular/ Paper visa by Indian Mission/ Post, Apply here'

Documents Required: –

  1. Print out of online application form signed by the applicant.
  2. Two recent color photographs with white background 08X5.08 cm (2”X2” inches), one pasted on the visa application  form and  other securely stapled  with the application.
  3. Passport in original with a minimum remaining  validity of six months from the date of entry into India, with at least two blank pages. A photocopy of the first page of the passport. In case, the applicant has taken Indian visa (s) in the past, such passport (s) in original along with a photocopy of each passport should be submitted.
  4. Original and copy of Mexican Identity Proof (FM-2 or FM-3 in case of foreign nationals) .
  5. Original Admission letter from University or Institution approved by UGC.
  6. Visa recommendation letter from Indian Institute.
  7. Original and copy of last Educational Certificates duly apostiled.
  8. A copy of any one of the below three documents in support of applicant's financial standing
  9. (a) Proof of Economic solvency to cover Educational and stay expenses in India.

    (b) Personal Income Tax Return of the applicant

    (c) Original Bank statement of applicant for last 3 months certified by the Bank.

  10. Original fee receipts of applicable visa fee to be paid in the respective Bank accounts of the Embassy.
  11. In case of admission in medical or para-medical courses in India, a letter of approval or No Objection Certificate from Ministry of Health, New Delhi, is also required.
  12. Likewise for admission in graduate or post-graduate courses in Engineering or Technical Institutions in India, a letter of approval or a No Objection from Ministry of Human Resources Development (Department of Education), New Delhi, is required.
  13. For applicants who are financially dependent on parents, must include:

(a) Original and copy of Birth Certificate duly apostilled by SRE.

(b) Income Tax Returns of parents.

(c) Bank statement of parents  for last 3 months certified by the Bank.

Important Note –

  1. Personal presence of the applicant at the Embassy is mandatory for Biometrics and/ or interview. Book your appointment here.
  2. Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Embassy may seek additional documents/information at any stage during processing of the requests. Receipt of visa application and fees by the Embassy does not guarantee issue of visa.
  3. Please note that visa fee is non-refundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

Visa Fee:

Applicable Fee is to be deposited in two different  banks and  bring original fee payment receipts with the application.
