Documents Required

1. Print out of online application form signed by the applicant.
2. Two recent color photographs with white background 08X5.08 cm (2”X2” inches), one pasted on the visa application  form and  other securely stapled  with the application.
3. Passport in original with a minimum remaining  validity of six months from the date of entry into India, with at least two blank pages.. A photocopy of the first page of the passport. In case, the applicant has taken Indian visa (s) in the past, such passport (s) in original along with a photocopy of each passport should be submitted.
4. Original and copy of Mexican Identity Proof (FM-2 or FM-3 in case of foreign nationals).
5. Original Appointment Letter from India Employer indicating work profile and annual salary in Indian currency.
6. Original Employment Agreement with Indian Employer.
7. Copy of Registration/Incorporation Certificate of Indian Employer.
8. Original Visa Recommendation Letter from India Employer.
9. Original Tax Liability Letter from India Employer.
10. CV/Resume of the applicant.
11. Original and copy of Education Certificates apostiled.
12. Original letter of last work experience.
13. Original letter from existing Employer indicating date of joining  and salary drawn.
14. Personal Income Tax Return of the applicant.
15. Original Bank statement of the applicant for last 3 months certified by the Bank.
16. Original fee receipts of applicable visa fee to be paid in the respective Bank accounts of the Embassy.

Important Note

1. Personal presence of the applicant at the Embassy is mandatory for Biometrics and/ or interview. Book your appointment here.
2. Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Embassy may seek additional documents/information at any stage during processing of the requests. Receipt of visa application and fees by the Embassy does not guarantee issue of visa.
3. Please note that visa fee is non-refundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

Visa Fee

The fee must be deposited at the designated bank. Original payment receipts must be submitted in person at the Embassy.

Do not deposit complete fee in one Bank.
