ICCR Scholarships

The Government of India offers, through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), scholarships to Mexican students and Belizean students, every year, for academic courses in India.

For applications forms, and for details regarding the courses, universities and institutions, where such studies can be pursued, and the terms and conditions of the scholarships, scholars may please visit the Admissions2Alumni website of the ICCR.

CEP/EEP Scholarship Scheme - ICCR

Under the Cultural Exchange Programme/Educational Exchange Programme signed between India and other foreign countries, the ICCR offers 4 slots for pursuing postgraduate courses to Mexican students in India every year. Terms and conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the CEP/EEP's.

ICCR Scholarship Scheme for Indian Music and Dance

India has unique identity in its culture and heritage special in Music and Dance to explore possibilities worldwide. The ICCR offer more than hundred scholarships to study Indian Classical Music, Dance and Yoga etc. to the foreign students.

AYUSH Scholarship Scheme for Non-BIMSTEC Countries

Under this scheme 20 scholarships are provided to 93 countries to pursue courses in Indian traditional medical system such as Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy on first-cum-first basis. This scheme is handled by ICCR as agency work on behalf of Ministry of AYUSH.

For Mexican students, the applications need to be forwarded to the Embassy through the Mexican Agency of International Cooperation for Development (AMEXCID) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) of the Government of the United Mexican States. Applicants are therefore advised to also visit the AMEXCID website

The applications must reach the Embassy, through the proper channel, as above.
